Welcome to iCanTCR
T cells recognize tumor antigens and initiate an anti-cancer immune response in the very early stage of tumor development, and the antigen specificity of T cells is determined by their surface receptor called T cell receptor (TCR).Here we report iCanTCR (https://github.com/JiangBiolab/iCanTCR), a novel deep learning framework to identify cancer patients using TCR repertoire. This work holds promise toward expanding the approaches that capturing immune signals from peripheral blood for non-invasive cancer auxiliary diagnosis.
